I recently had traveled to the most iconic restaurant in Apulia, the Trabucco da Mimì, where I met the local chef Domenico Ottaviano. We spent one week together working together on the book "Polpo e Spada, catch of the day", a food recipes book based on south mediterranean fish.
Every single image has been shot in this fascinating restaurant hanging on a cliff in Peschici.
